How to motivate yourself in 8 steps ?


In this blog I will show you 8 steps that are perfect to motivate yourself. Read them in any moment you feel frustration or far away from your goal. They will helps you to feel good and motivated.





1- Get motivation from the people in your life :
Apend less time with negative people who always look at the dark and apathetic side of things. and spend more time of the time you have now freed up with enthusiastic or motivated people and let their energy flow over to you. 




2- Listen to music that give you energy :
listening to your favourite music can instantly put you in a good mood and more motivated.




3- be grateful for what you got :
Ask yourself a question like: What are three things I sometimes take for granted but can be grateful for in my life ? And the answer would, for exemple: Be a roof over my head, clean water and not having to go hungry.




4- Exercise :
Working out doesn't just affect your body. Just 30 - 40 minutes of lifting free weights releases intensions and stress and makes you feel more focused and motivated once again.




5- Look back at your successes :
Take 3 minutes, close your eyes and let the memories of your successes, no matter in what part of your life.




6- Post a picture of your goal someplace in your room :
Near your desk or on your wall, for exemple. visualizing your goal, exactly how you think it will be when you've achived, whether it's financial goals, is a great motivator and one of the best ways of actualizing your goals.




7- Read a book :
Dr Lewis said: “Losing yourself in a book is the ultimate relaxation. It really doesn’t matter what book you read, by losing yourself in a thoroughly engrossing book you can escape from the worries and stresses of the everyday world and spend a while exploring the domain of the author’s imagination".
